Photolighthography 공정에서 기판에 감광액을 도포한 이후 mask를 사용하여 UV을 조사하여 원하는 전극 pattern을 형성하는데 사용한다. 기판과 mask 사이의 정밀한 align이 가능하며 유리 및 플라스틱 기판에 적용할 수 있다. |
